SOLO WITH SUPPORT CAR

I am David Rihtarič, Ultramarathon cyclist, member of the Rikiteam Cycling Club. In addition to cycling races for the Slovenian Cup, European and world championships, I also participate in extremely difficult cycling races – Ultramarathon races. I was actively involved in athletics for eighteen years. I was a member of the athletics and orienteering team, and since 2009 I have been a member of the military cycling team. I have participated in many world and European championships in mountain and road running, cross country and marathons. In 2006, 2007, 2017 and 2021 I was chosen as the best athlete of the Slovenian Army. In 2012 I graduated from the topic Extreme Aerobic Effort – Ultramarathon Cycling (biography of cycling races).
 

Curriculum Sportivo

• RAA (Race Around Austria) 2208 km long. I participated in the RAA three times and won 1st, 2nd and 6th place.

• DOS RAS EXTREME 1186 km long, I have encountered it five times already.

• Race Across Italy 775km long, where I reached 4th place.

• 24 hour races in Austria (24h Radtrophy), Italy (24h Montello), Race Across The Alps (RATA), Glocknerman, ( • In 2019, I also became the European runner-up in the 12-hour run, with 462km driven

• Participation in Slovenian Cup Races, road races, ascents, chronometers

• Participation in World Championships with the national teams of Slovenia and the Slovenian Army

• Participation in one-day and stage races outside Slovenia

• Reaching the podium at the National Championships and in the overall standings for PSLO

• Multiple national champion of the Slovenian Army
